As the most-visited real estate website in the United States, Zillow offers customers an on-demand experience for selling, buying, renting, and financing with transparency and nearly seamless end-to-end service. The objective for this project was to create data-driven social posts that empower Zillow New Construction (NC) & Rentals partners to stay in tune with renter’s & buyer’s needs and provide the best home search experience. These animated posts are part of the “By the numbers” social campaign focused on educating partners about real estate trends and customer data and behaviors, fueling more intuitive conversations.

Zillow’s data and market learnings were a starting point that informed concepts and approach, focused on interpreting this valuable insights in a plaful and engaging way.  I was given Zillow brand colors and established illustration style and I worked on developing concepts, designs and storyboards to translate each insight into unique narrative supported by smooth animation and transitions, upbeat music and sound effects that bring the story to life. And since it’s all about numbers they got special attention too.
